Incredibly rude customer service. Called on 8/19/2014 to rent a unit and whoever answered the phone had less than zero interest in helping me out. Also way more expensive than Lakeside Storage that is probably 2-3 minutes around the corner from this place.
Manager was especially helpful and friendly. Gates and security systems provide ease of mind. Prices are affordable and manageable for all they offer. I love that I can pay online and not have to worry about going to the facility, unlike other storage facilities.
