What I like about this theatre is that it's just off the interstate exit and very easy to get to with lots of eating options all around it. The theatre itself is fine. It does offer alcoholic drinks if that's your thing.
Watched "Only The Brave" at 4:40 showing on a Tuesday and my husband and I had the room all to ourselves. Felt a bit weird but nice and quiet. Seats comfortable. Clean theater, clean restrooms, popcorn fresh. Polite service at the snack counter and ticket windows. Nice to find Tuesday discounts on snacks, and senior discount on ticket prices too.
This Regal location near Anderson, SC is more convenient for us but we prefer the Amstar just a few miles away because of its soundproofing between different movies. One of the things Regal could do to improve its customer experiences is to move very loud noisy films as far away as possible from films which are mostly dialogue. Otherwise, you are being held hostage to loud explosions from the film next to the one you are trying to enjoy.
Clean, quick service, and awesome movie selections... A bit pricey and sound was a little sketchy for the first 30 mins of the movie, only coming from behind the screen before someone finally turned the surround on... but otherwise, I'd rate 5 stars.
Theater was nice and so was the picture of the movie and everything else but the seats. You sit down and you can feel the backing of the seat pushing on your back I actually had some back pain by the time the movie was over. But overall staff was good and I was happy minus one minor problem.
