I called the night before to be sure I could drop off my RV the next morning (Tuesday) and they said "sure". I told them I had a trip pending for the weekend but waited 3 days (with me bugging them daily for them to even look at it and later found after towing it to another mechanic that they never did. I gave them a list of what a friend said was wrong with it and they went by that because when I got to new mechanic, I was told I needed 2 brake cylinders, not one that Sanders had said. Initially Sanders said they couldn't get the part for another 4 days (later I found they were ordering the incorrect part) so I did my own research and had it overnighted to them the next day from a Winnebago part dealer (took all of 10 min to do). When I went down there and demanded to speak to the owner, he laughed at me when I told him I expected it to be done that day. Mind you I was there the night before and there were no other cars in the lot. He acted like he was doing me a favor by "trying" to get to just the brakes done so that I can drive it somewhere else, so I decided to have it towed right then and there. I was sure at that point that even if he did get to it, the work would be bad. The one right thing they did was pay for the tow (almost a week after I towed it to them).
I have taken my car there several times. Usually they are rather busy. I tried this shop after 2 other shops said my modified car was too difficult and they refused to work on it. They were willing to work out it and found the vacuum leak that was causing my car engine to race and stall. Later I went back due to a broken piston. That job took longer, but they were able to do an engine rebuild with 4 new pistons. That was 30,000 miles ago and it is still running strong.

Awful experience! If you want to wait days for them NOT to even look at your vehicle and then offer terrible service, this is the place for you!
Save your money and time and skip this place. You'll get nothing but headaches!!
