Food is excellent service is rarely above average. The good servers are stretched entirely to thin and the bad ones simply don't give a damn. I've gone in and everything go great on a busy night. And I've gone in and waited 20 minutes for my check and have to go on a hunt for my waitress who was sitting at a table with two other waitresses texting and talking. But the food keeps me coming back. And when the servers are good they really are great.
Came into this place at 325pm on a Friday and stood in front of the door for about a minute or two with no greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever. I sat down at the bar and the girl behind it gives me a menu asks what I want to drink and walks away. She came back and I ordered 18 boneless wings. Over an hour later, I hadn't received my wings, or been given any updates as to were my food was, or why it was taking so long. I left and went across the street to Hooters and enjoyed my meal and the hospitable service. If you're reading this and hungry, Save yourself the time and go to Hooters. Better wings, better service, and the girls smile at you instead of giving you their perfected version of resting bit** face.
I went here for the first time. I will definitely come back. They have a really great open outdoor seating and bar. We ordered drinks @bar and watched football game on big screen TV. They have a nice looking menu. We will come back to eat next time.
Wings were good. Angry Orchard from the tap was a bit frothy and was off on temperature (warm). Music was loud, yet that's to be expected from the atmosphere. Overall a good place to have a drink with friends and talk to the ladies. Beautiful waitresses.
Server was nice and working hard, however, her coworkers literally sat at a table while just a few servers seemed to do everything. I sat at the bar for 20 minutes before anyone even said hello. It wasn't until an older gentlemen who seemed to be the manager went and got a server that finally we were served. I went in on. Sunday to watch NFL and ordered a salad and wings, salad appeared to have started to turn and the wings seemed over cooked. What made it worse is there seemed to be more servers than patrons and it took forever. I asked the person sitting next to me if it was always like this and he said yes. If you go take along some extra patience as you'll need it.
